RaeLynn: Exclusive 'CMT Next Women of Country Live' Performance

She Bites Into a New Sound With “Apple”

Oh, the taste of sweet temptation. It’ll get you every time, won’t it, RaeLynn?

The Texas native is back with a next-level look, sound and songs. Case in point: her clever “Apple,” a symbolic tune about following an romantic impulse instead of an instinct and the subsequent aftermath.

She bit into the proverbial “apple” of love and it bit back -- figuratively speaking.

“Apple” joins the single “Love Triangle” among the new material ushering in a new era of RaeLynn. She’s all grown up now: married, confident and comfortable getting real with us in life and in her music.

Her debut album WildHorse, which arrives March 24, will give audiences a peek into her life over the past few years since winning hearts on The Voice in 2012. Growing up in the spotlight can't be easy, but RaeLynn is a shining example of how to handle the pressure with grace and humor.

Powerhouse pop-country vocals, glamorous style and an effervescent personality with the most adorable twang you’ve ever heard, RaeLynn is an artist who touches every person she meets. She’s sunshine, full of light and love. She knows no genres, no boundaries and no limits.

The latest round of CMT’s Next Women Country Live exclusives continues through the end of February with performances from Ruthie Collins, Lindsay Ell, Courtney Cole, Cassadee Pope and Tara Thompson.
