Friday (April 21) is the official release day for Jillian Jacqueline’s long-awaited song “Reasons” and we’ve got the uber-cool video to go along with it.
The song is a sonically delightful and effervescent ode to something actually not so delightful — calling it quits on a relationship way past its expiration date.
Breaking up has really never sounded so sweet — or looked so stylish and retro-chic. Jacqueline’s hip fashion sense is as unique as her voice, with pops of color and throwback prints and looks. She’s doing her own thing, and doing it well.
She co-wrote “Reasons” with Sarah Buxton, whose songwriting credits include Keith Urban’s “Stupid Boy.”
Jacqueline is also part of our newest class of CMT Next Women of Country.
