Over the last few weeks, we’ve seen firsthand how hard the ladies and hopefuls of the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader work to get game day ready.

It takes an incredible amount of sweat and discipline paired with the right nutrition to achieve their goals, and fortunately, we’ve been able to follow along in that journey and get even get a few tips from the DCC trainers for our own efforts!
