Carrie Underwood, Taylor Swift Have New Year's Plans

Carrie Underwood, Taylor Swift and Miley Cyrus will ring in the New Year with performances on the TV special, Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve 2008. Underwood, Cyrus and the Jonas Brothers will perform live on stages in New York's Times Square during the Dec. 31 telecast. Swift will perform in Hollywood during a party segment featuring Akon, Natasha Bedingfield, Sean Kingston, OneRepublic, Plain White T's and Black Eyed Peas members Fergie and will.i.am. Dick Clark and Ryan Seacrest will host the New York segment of the ABC program.
