Seriously. Carrie Underwood and her husband Mike Fisher want to come to dinner at your place and hang out with you and seven of your very best friends. It'll cost you, though, and you'll have to get a last-minute invite to Richard and Robert Valente's fundraiser at their Fratelli restaurant in Kanata, Ottawa, tonight (Nov. 23). Underwood and Fisher have donated this dinner date to help raise money for the Roger's House pediatric palliative care facility and Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Support programs. When the Valentes called Fisher to see if he could donate something they could auction off, he reportedly said, "Throw in a dinner with me and Carrie." The opening bid for this four-course dinner for 10 is $7,500, but I'm guessing it will go for double that. At least.
