I think I know exactly what Carrie Underwood means when she says she hates shopping for Christmas presents. "I kind of wander around aimlessly in malls and stores and whatnot, thinking, 'Now what would ... fill in the blank ... what would this person like? Hmmm. Oh, yeah, that looks like her! OK, I'll get that.' I think I'll be doing a lot of online shopping this year," she admitted to CMT Radio. I'm with her. At least with online shopping, you usually go to specific site for a specific kind of gift. Malls are just too big. There are too many choices. You go in wanting something, say, cashmere, for your mother-in-law, and you end up sidetracked with a Mrs. Fields cookie and something useless from a kiosk. Underwood described one Christmas when she bought her sisters video cameras, her dad a fishing pole and gave her mom a gift that keeps on giving: permanent eyeliner.
