You know in that Brad Paisley song, "Anything Like Me," where he sings about all the things little boys do? Like climb a tree too tall, ride his bike too fast, stay out too late, drive his car too fast. Break glass, wear a cast and my personal favorite, try to melt a Tonka truck with a magnifying glass. Who hasn't tried that? But while Paisley may know that his sons Huck and Jasper will probably do all that, does he actually want them to? Yes. "All of those things that I'm talkin' about that he does, like probably stay up to late, drive his car too fast ... I kinda hope he does. You know, all of these are things that I'm equal parts a little bit scared of and hopeful that he actually also does them," he told CMT. That makes sense. Because who would ever want to deny your children those rites of passage, even if it means a few more Band-Aids along the way?
