Everybody, it seems, wants to move to Nashville. Including me. There is a lot to love about it. Rural life right next door to city life. Regular people mixing with celebrity types, without all the buzz-kill of annoying paparazzi. But the folks who already have roots there may not love it so much if too many people start crowding in. Like Dierks Bentley. When CMT Radio asked him about the trend, he admitted, "Part of me loves it. Part of me is like, ugh. I don't want the town to get any bigger 'cause I like the airport where you can just park your car outside and run inside and grab something, but it's just ... the town's getting so big. The award shows are getting so big. I don't know, just kinda got to embrace it and enjoy it. I still like the smallness of the town. Hopefully, it doesn't get too big." Maybe the trend will wear off and people will find a new city to love. Or maybe Bentley and his growing family will just have to build a house up on the ridge far away from the bustling city.
