Right after Taylor Swift's "The Story of Us" video premiered Tuesday night (May 24), she sat down with MTV to talk about touring, ex-boyfriends and celeb life. On the new tour: "We get to have such groovy, cool stuff happening. I've never had pyro before. I've never had aerialists before. It's got this grand staircase. The stage in itself looks like an old-world theater," she revealed. She also added, "I want to live on that stage." That says a lot about how excited Swift is about the tour. And as for the exes, she said the person she wrote the song about is always the first thing that comes to mind when she is watching one of her own videos. "It's like the first thing that you think of is the moment that inspired the song, which is that excruciating, awful moment when you run into an ex for the first time," she said. On celeb life, Swift just had this to say: "You go on living a normal life, except on a different scale. [In my songs] I tend to focus on love, feelings, emotions, what it was like feeling that particular relationship." She also took time to answer questions from fans who'd asked them via Twitter. Which would explain the steady stream of Taylor Swift hashtags in last night's Twitter feed.
