For the past week or so, Taylor Swift has been hanging out at home, recovering from a bad case of bronchitis. She's had to cancel a few shows, bum out some fans and, on top of that, be bored stiff. First she tweeted, "Yeah, there are all sorts of fun things to do while sick and on vocal rest. Like sitting here, popping bubble wrap by myself," adding a hashtag of #wishiwasontour. Then you could tell she was spending some quality time with her television when she wrote, "The dairy queen commercial where Mary Lou Retton falls out of the piñata is just so amazing," with her own hashtag of #isitweirdthatirewinditandlaughhysterically. Then there was a random tweet about, "Searching for my glasses, a task that would be so much easier if I only had my ... glasses." How true is that? And ultimately, the tweet Thursday night (July 14) that everyone's been dying to hear: "I'M NOT SICK ANYMORE!!! JUST PLAYED IN MONTREAL. AMAZING CROWD. I'M SO EXCITED, THIS IS MY FIRST (and only) ALL CAPS TWEET." I think the only thing missing on that tweet was a hashtag like #bronchitiscansuckit or #recoverycallsforallcaps or even #myfansarethebestmedicine.
