"Maybe Next Time He'll Think Before He Finds Out She Has Gunpowder & Lead." Sounds like a country song, doesn't it? It's my proposed title for the mash-up of a song Carrie Underwood and Miranda Lambert sang together on Friday night (Aug. 12) in Ottawa. They were both performers at the Capital Hoedown music festival, and Underwood brought Lambert out right after she'd started singing "Before He Cheats." Then Lambert did a little bit of her own "Gunpowder & Lead." Then back to Underwood. And so on. I wish I could've been there. This one duet got me thinking of all the other mash-ups the two girl singers could do together. "Jesus, Take a Heart Like Mine," "We're Young and Beautiful, Only Prettier," "Don't Forget to Remember I Have Kerosene" and "I Aint' in the House That Built Me No More." Can you think of any others?
