John Rich and Taylor Swift wrote "The Way I Loved You" here. Rich and Keith Urban played back and forth on Glen Campbell songs until 4 in the morning here. Are those good enough rationales to buy Rich's old house? I've come up with reasons for all kinds of country music memorabilia purchases in my day, but even I don't think I could pull this off. Rich's previous home at 3403 Love Circle in Nashville is on the market for $579,975. Besides being a place filled with country music in its walls, it has four bedrooms, two and a-half baths, hardwood floors, Silestone countertops, stainless appliances, and I'm pretty sure I saw a hot tub. And you'll be Rich's neighbor since he moved down the street. Rich says himself in his video about the house that Swift, Urban, Jason Aldean and Wynonna Judd have all spent time in this place when he was writing songs with them. "I hope somebody that really loves country music buys it. And moves in. And becomes my neighbor," Rich says. And if that happens, he promises he will personally come over with a big bottle of champagne and will pour you the first glass. Can your realtor do that? Didn't think so.
