Picture this. You're at the Big Machine record label after-party on the 21st breathtaking floor of the Pinnacle building in downtown Nashville immediately following Wednesday's (Nov. 9) CMA Awards. And on one side of the vast room there were beef tenderloin sandwiches, fettuccine Alfredo with halibut, lobster bisque, mini salads and what looked like a hundred kinds of risotto. On the other side, there was an open bar and a specialty kiosk serving Starbucks coffee martinis. Then there were the stars -- Taylor Swift, Martina McBride, Steel Magnolia, Justin Moore, Eli Young Band and Sunny Sweeney -- mixing and mingling with the industry crowd. So you can imagine how long the lines would get for all that swank. But the longest line of the night was for this futuristic photo booth that the people from Dove Hair had set up. Everyone -- guests and artists alike -- wanted to get their pictures taken, because once you did, this machine would not only print the stylish black and white shot out for you, but instantly e mail it to you or share it on Facebook. And not that any of the beautiful people at this party had dry, frizzy, unpredictable hair, but if they did, Dove was there for them.
