(CMT Offstage keeps a 24/7 watch on everything that's happening with country music artists behind the scenes and out of the spotlight.)
Now I've seen everything. Keith Urban is on Pinterest. Not just his music or some kind of quilt made out of his vintage concert T-shirts, but Urban himself. I found him somewhere between the etched glass mason jars as votive candle holders, the handstamped sheer curtains, the candy bar cake, the vintage suitcase coffee tables and the old Pringles can-turned-unused-spaghetti-receptacle. Pinterest, for those of you who haven't lost a day or two to this addicting website, bills itself as an "online pinboard." Its mission is to connect people through the things they find interesting. Things like Keith Urban. So on his official Pinterest page, he has pinned song lyrics, images, videos, merchandise, pins from friends and pins about his new "For You" song from the Act of Valor soundtrack. Urban even re-pins things, like an Instagram picture of "Why country music is the real deal." Check it out. But if you end up spending a few days on the aforementioned quilt, jars, curtains, cake and table, don't say I didn't warn you.
