I thought I'd heard them all. Votive candles on the sidewalk spelling out "prom." Pepperonis on a pizza forming a question mark. Balloons spilling out of a high school locker. But having a country singer ask someone to prom for you? That's brand new. So give Tyler Miles 100 points for originality. A couple of days ago, Miles tweeted Jake Owen for a favor: ask Larissa Lewis via Twitter to be his prom date for the Owensboro Catholic High School prom in Kentucky. So first, Owen just tweeted, "Hey. ... My name is Jake. We've never met, but I have a question for you. Hope to hear from you, -- J." Then she wrote back with, "hey jake! What's the question?" And he popped the question with, "@tylermiles14 wants you to go to prom w/ him. I said I'd ask u if he treated you nice." Lewis answered with an enthusiastic "Yes, of course!!!! You can tell Tyler he has a date! :)))" The final tweet of the exchange was Owen saying, "Tyler, you owe me. You're welcome bro."
