If you want to know what it's like to meet Taylor Swift, follow @jeniferchampion, @stephaniejuliet, @abbycaroline13 and @madismiley on Twitter. They are just four regular girls who met Swift Thursday (Aug. 9) outside the Pancake Pantry restaurant in Nashville's Hillsboro Village. And the Twitter reaction to meeting her pretty much tells the whole story. And it just goes to show you how much her fans love her. I think the feeling's mutual, too, because it sounds like she didn't just sign autographs and then ask for privacy. Swift remembered the girls from seeing them at her shows, took pictures with them, introduced them to her new boyfriend Conor Kennedy (who was also seen sharing a meal with Swift and her parents earlier in the week) and actually stopped and talked with them for a while. Lucky for us, Twitter made it so easy for the girls to share exactly what they were feeling after the spontaneous run-in, with tweets like:
"I legit sobbed after this."
"Taylor hugs are literally the best thing in the world."
"Conner Kennedy has my approval. Taylor's happy? WE ARE HAPPY."
"Pancake pantry with Taylor Swift? Check."
"I just want to sit on the floor and cry. Why is life always so perfect when I'm in Nashville with my best friends. I'm so thankful."
"My arm is still quivering ... meeting taylor swift with girls i've come to know and love BECAUSE of her then telling her that ... perfect."
"I think I just met Taylor Swift with my best friends? Thank you, God."
"I'm so freakin grateful right now I'm just trying so hard to not seem braggy."
