Sure, Miranda Lambert splurges occasionally on things like Coach purses and Chanel sunglasses. And maybe some high-end dresses for some high-end events. Then there are those 700 acres she calls home in Oklahoma. But according to Good Housekeeping, those riches are not lost on Lambert. "I do appreciate every single dollar I earn," she told the magazine. Mostly because of her lean years as a child when she and her family found themselves homeless, hungry and wearing clothes from Goodwill. So that may explain Lambert's frugal nature even now. Buying her clothes at Forever 21, her makeup at Walgreens and still driving her 2009 Ford truck. Or that could come from her decision to just not let fame change her. It sounds like when she's home, she likes to leave some of the celebrity on the road. "I like country music on the radio and something cooking on the stove," she says, noting it's all she wants when she gets back to Oklahoma.
