I made a serious effort to avoid Black Friday and Cyber Monday, too. I guess I just don't like to be told when to shop. Of course, now that those are over, I'm obsessed with Christmas shopping. And, unfortunately, the place I want to do all my shopping is 830 miles away. It's Miranda Lambert's brand new Pink Pistol in Oklahoma. It's being called a lifestyle/general merchandise store and a store "for the wild at heart." Here are the reasons I want to shop the Pistol: boots, belts, clothing, home goods, jewelry, accessories and what Lambert describes as "antiques, gifts, boots, jeans and pretty much everything you can imagine."
Being the Internet whiz that I am, I've already scoped out some of the brands the Pink Pistol will carry, and here are the gifts I'd buy for family and friends if I could shop in Oklahoma:
For the girls on my list, the "I Gotta Thang for Farm Boys" T-shirt.
And for the guys on my list (but maybe not my husband), I like this "Big or Small, We Milk Them All" shirt.
This I want for myself but will probably buy it for a girlfriend and then borrow it. It's Junk Gypsy's "Don't Walk in Fear" cuff bracelet, with little turquoise beads dangling from it.
And how perfect would this "Cowgirl" pillow sham in ruffled canvas be for my daughter's college dorm next year?
