Move over Manolo Blahnik. From the looks of the CMT Artists of the Year red carpet, Italian designer Giuseppe Zanotti is the new shoe king in town. Zanotti's shoes were everywhere Monday night (Dec. 3) as celebs strolled the carpet on their way into the taping. Carrie Underwood wore a red and black pair with her Katherine Kidd jumpsuit, Miranda Lambert wore some gold Zanottis with her champagne long-sleeved Jovani Couture backless dress and Judith Leiber clutch and actress Hayden Panettiere paired hers with a gorgeous Cavalli gown. (And while Eric Church's wife Katherine wasn't wearing those shoes, I think she had the most stunning look of the night in a deep plum leather J Mendel dress.) But on the very opposite end of the price spectrum from all those high-end designers was the studded and rhinestoned bodycon dress Kacey Musgraves wore on the red carpet and during her duet with the Eli Young Band. It was only $96, and it's from Topshop. By the way, the 2012 CMT Artists of the Year special premieres Saturday at 10 p.m. ET/PT on CMT.
