The Fabulous Gift Guide inside the December/January Harper's Bazaar is indeed fabulous, but the Taylor Swift interview, even more so. Ever the honesty-is-the-best-policy girl, Swift admits how good it feels to pour her feelings all out in her music. "Some combinations of people are toxic, you know? You have to find the right one that isn't just going to explode into fiery ash and destruction. Despite all of that and how unpleasant it is, as a writer you get a lot from it. It's a crazy justification system," she told the magazine. "You know that guy you really wish you could erase from your memory? But then the answer is track six, eight, 12, and 13." (That would be "22," "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together," "Sad Beautiful Tragic" and "The Lucky One," if she meant it literally.) Swift's album Red would make a pretty nice gift for anyone who has ever known fiery ash and destruction. That and the $20 Tory Burch lunch box on page 148.
