It sounds just like a Taylor Swift song. In an interview with Chicago radio station WBBM-FM, 16-year-old pop singer Austin Mahone talked about how he ended up with an invitation to tour with Swift. "I met her a year ago in this little cafe," Mahone said, sounding a little bit like her "Begin Again" song (although he didn't say if it was on a Wednesday). "She walked in, and I introduced myself. I was like, 'Are you Taylor Swift?' And she was like, 'Yeah.'" So he explained himself. "I'm Austin Mahone. I do music. ... And she was like, 'That's so cool. Keep working hard.' And so now a year later, I'm going on tour with her. It's crazy how that all came about." But I think Mahone must've left out a big piece of that story. Because if Swift invited everyone who introduced themselves as musicians in cafes to join her tour, her shows might never end. But all Mahone said was that he'd just wanted to collaborate on a song with Swift, and she said, "Forget the song. Let's go on tour." To which he responded, "All right. Why not?" Mahone's leg of the Red tour kicks off May 4 in Detroit.
