Country music had some high highs and low lows in 2012. And Entertainment Weekly recently had a pretty comprehensive list of them all.

Last week I wrote about the bests. And now, I'm analyzing their worsts.

One is that country radio was dominated by men this year and that Jana Kramer was one of the only girls not named Carrie, Miranda or Taylor to get played. They also think Kelly Clarkson getting nominated for a CMA female vocalist of the year award was a little premature since all the country she'd done recently was turn her "Mr. Know It All" into a country song remix.

When it comes to the guys of country, two songs that made the lists of worsts were Tim McGraw's "Truck Yeah" and Craig Morgan's "Corn Star." "Just say no to in-title puns country stars! We're begging you," the story says.

They also had a problem with the rockification of country music, saying that "electric guitars took over country thanks to artists like Brantley Gilbert and Jason Aldean." Some people may put that in the bests column, but I, too, hate when the guitars are drowning out what should be some very poetic lyrics. Lastly, the list has country Christmas album covers down for their janky Photoshop covers. Do you agree? Disagree? Have any worsts to add? Let's hear it.
