Carrie Underwood
Carrie Underwood's cover story in Allure magazine isn't on newsstands yet. But on Tuesday (Jan. 22), you're going to want to run out and get a copy. It's that good. She opens up about things she hasn't before. Like how she wears shorts under her dresses, just in case. "So that everyone in the world knows, if I ever fell down, nobody would get a peek at anything," she says. And she elaborates more on her steadfast support of gay marriage, saying, "I am a Christian person, and I do love the Lord, and I feel no matter who you are, what you believe, how you live your life, it's not my place to judge. I don't have that power. I don't want that power. It's my place to love and to show God's love to other people, even if they don't live a life like I live." And because her mother was a working mom who worked very hard, Underwood thinks that when she has a family of her own, she's hoping the work will be spread more evenly between husband and wife. "I made a promise to myself that it would be more of a team effort in my family someday. And because of that, I became more independent," she says. "But it was tough figuring out what kind of guy would work with what I did." Sounds like Mike Fisher's going to be changing a lot of diapers someday.
