Well, I certainly didn't see this coming. And by this, I mean the murder-suicide shocker at the end of Wednesday night's (May 15) episode of Nashville. It was a surprise and a tragedy, but in a way, it will make things so much easier for Juliette as she heads into the season finale next week. She is a self-proclaimed train wreck, so it makes perfect sense that any and all aspects of her life are shrouded in scandal. Nothing's too sordid for Juliette Barnes! Other observations I had from the second-to-last episode: Scarlett is really needy. Gunnar needs to tell the truth. Rayna needs to tell the truth. Juliette will never, ever earn respect in the industry. Maddie should stop snooping. Deacon is finally happy. Will can really sing and can actually rope a steer. And Teddy grew a pair, per Lamar's instructions.
