In the new country special issue of People magazine, they name country music's hottest guys. I'm sure it wasn't easy for them to narrow it down to a dozen, but I think if I try hard enough, I can pick the Top 3 hottest of the hot. Based on no scientific data whatsoever other than my own gut, I think these guys would top the list if there was some kind of ranking involved:
1. Luke Bryan: He's told me before he drinks two cups of coffee a day and has never bleached his teeth and yet he looks like the spokesperson for Crest White Strips. That smile of his is just infectious. It makes him sexy inside and out because he has so much charisma and a Southern charm that cannot be ignored. "I'd rather work eight hours outside than go on a treadmill for an hour," he told People. See? That's just so hot.
2. Kip Moore: I'd put Moore near the top of the list just because he seems like the kind of guy who doesn't care about being on such a list. Indifference like that can be sexy, if it's done right. And he does it right. Plus he is in love with surfing. And I can think of nothing sexier than a man who wears a wet suit by day and a guitar by night.
3. Chris Young: I'll admit I wasn't so sure how Young's hotness would stack up against his country brethren when he still wore a cowboy hat. But once he started going hatless, it was pretty obvious he'd been hiding some very good looks. You add that to his low, low, low voice, and it just works. And as much as he sings about neon and beer, he told People he's a wine drinker on dates.
