Hunter Hayes is settling down. Or moving on. Depending on how you look at it. Hayes has lived in Nashville since 2008 when he moved there with his parents from Louisiana. But in between tour stops and songwriting and recording this year, he managed to find a home of his own in Nashville. No word on where it is or what it is. (I'm guessing condo because I just can't picture Hayes mowing a lawn, cleaning a garage or doing any other dull homeowner duties.) But I do hope he has made enough room in the new pad for pianos and guitars and accordions and all the other instruments he plays so when the mood strikes him, he can lay down some tracks for a new tune. "It's been fun getting to vibe it out and just chill. I've noticed myself a lot of nights just staying up with nothing going on, picking up a guitar and just playing -- writing a little bit but not trying too hard. Just playing and just jamming," Hayes told CMT Radio. "But I'm finding my way through a lot of new things as a 21-year-old."
