Toby Keith dominates the Billboard charts this week as his new CD Shock'n Y'all debuts at No. 1 on both the 200 and Top Country Albums charts. With 585,000 copies sold according to Neilsen SoundScan, the CD is his second to top the all-genre 200 chart. In addition, the album's single "I Love This Bar" tops the Hot Country Singles & Tracks chart for the second week in a row.

It also marks Keith's best sales week ever. His CD Unleashed debuted at No. 1 in 2002 with first-week sales of 338,000. That album has now sold a total of 3.3 million.

Shock'n Y'all knocks Alan Jackson's Greatest Hits Volume II and Some Other Stuff down to No. 2. Rounding out the Top 5 are Martina McBride's Martina, Unleashed (now in its 68th week on the chart) and Shania Twain's Up!

In other album developments, Just because I'm a Woman: Songs of Dolly Parton enters the Top 10 at No. 7, and Kenny Chesney's All I Want for Christmas Is a Real Good Tan jumps eight positions to No. 9. Mary Chapin Carpenter's The Essential Mary Chapin Carpenter debuts this week at No. 70.

Several country albums enjoyed chart spikes on the 200 chart due to sales spurred by exposure on the CMA Awards show. Martina climbed to No. 27 from No. 59, Rascal Flatts' Melt rose to No. 53 from No. 71 and Johnny Cash's American IV: The Man Comes Around surged to No. 60 from No. 94.

Runner-up to "I Love This Bar" on the Hot Country Singles & Tracks chart at No. 2 is Rascal Flatts' "I Melt," Keith Urban's "Who Wouldn't Wanna Be Me" is at No. 3, Pat Green's "Wave on Wave" holds at No. 4 and George Strait's "Cowboys Like Us" climbs two spots to No. 5.

Billboard's Airpower award of the week goes to Sherrié Austin's "Streets of Heaven," which climbs to No. 20. Singles debuting on the chart this week are Gary Allan's "Songs About Rain" (at No. 51), Keith's "American Soldier" (No. 53), McBride's "In My Daughter's Eyes" (No. 54), Darryl Worley's "I Will Hold My Ground" (No. 58) and Roxie Dean's "Everyday Girl" (No. 60).
