The incomparable Dolly Parton will be at the helm as CMT telecasts country music's only video music awards -- and only fan-voted awards show -- the CMT Flameworthy 2004 Video Music Awards. Parton will host the awards show live from Nashville on Wednesday, April 21 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on CMT. Music superstar Shania Twain will perform live on the annual CMT awards show, plus other soon-to-be announced artists.
