CMT Contest to Award One Lucky Viewer Star Treatment at the CMT 2004 Flame Worthy Video Music Awards Telecast Live April 21 on CMT

CMT is searching for the fan of the year in a brand new contest underway now through March 17. The winner will receive star treatment at the CMT 2004 Flame Worthy Video Music Awards with a walk down the CMT Flame Worthy red carpet, two great seats to the April 21 live awards show, a Garnier Nutrisse makeover, a T-Mobile camera phone with one year of free service, round-trip airfare and hotel accommodations for two in Nashville, plus $500 spending money.

To enter, each contestant should record up to one minute on videotape, stating why he or she should be selected as the CMT 2004 Flame Worthy Fan of the Year. Entries (on VHS or DVD) must be received by CMT no later than Wednesday, March 17. Entries, along with the official entry form found at CMT.com, should be sent to:

The CMT 2004 Flame Worthy Video Music Awards will be telecast live from Nashville on Wednesday, April 21 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on CMT. Dolly Parton will be at the helm as host. Live performances will include Shania Twain, Alison Krauss & Union Station, Sheryl Crow, Toby Keith, Martina McBride and Dolly Parton. Additional performances will be announced soon.
