Two previous No. 1 hits -- Toby Keith's "American Soldier" and Tim McGraw's "Watch the Wind Blow By" -- fall to No. 4 and No. 5, respectively. Keith Urban's "You'll Think of Me" moves from No. 9 to No. 6, as Brad Paisley's "Little Moments" tumbles four spots to No. 7. Rascal Flatts' "Mayberry," Trace Adkins' "Hot Mama" and Alan Jackson's "Remember When" close out the Top 10.
With the exception of Martina McBride's "In My Daughter's Eyes," all of the songs from No. 11 to No. 40 increased in spins this week, signaling a batch of new tunes on the radio just in time for spring. Among the hottest is Gretchen Wilson's "Redneck Woman," which zips to No. 24 in its fourth week on the chart. Below the Top 40, there are several singles from albums yet to be released -- including new tunes from Julie Roberts, Rachel Proctor, Josh Gracin, Blake Shelton, Pinmonkey, Chely Wright and Joe Nichols. Trent Willmon's "Beer Man" earns the Hot Shot Debut, at No. 54. James Otto's "Sunday Morning and Saturday Night" debuts at No. 60.
Chesney still claims the top of the country albums chart, followed by the latest projects from Keith, Jackson, Josh Turner, and Urban. In its 100th week on the charts, Chesney's No Shoes, No Shirt, No Problems rises to No. 6, followed by Gary Allan's See If I Care, Clint Black's Spend My Time, McBride's Martina and Rascal Flatts' Melt.
In its second week of release, Cross Canadian Ragweed's Soul Gravy dribbles all the way from No. 5 to No. 20. And while Evans is No. 2 on the singles chart, her album Restless rests at No. 38. No albums debuted this week.
