It's another week at the top of Billboard's country charts for the soundtrack album to Hannah Montana: The Movie
and Sugarland's song "It Happens." Indeed, Hannah has held at No.
1 since its debut four weeks ago.
Only one new album breaks into the Top 75 this time around. It's Steve
Earle's Townes, the singer's long-anticipated tribute to his songwriting mentor, the late Townes Van Zandt. The
CD roars in at No. 6.
Coming back to the chart are Bad Majick: The Best of Shooter
Jennings and the 357s (No. 72), the Flatlanders' Hills and Valleys (No. 73) and Dailey
& Vincent's Brothers From Different Mothers (No. 74).
There's a chorus of five new songs, led by Jason Aldean's "Big Green Tractor" (No. 48) and trailed by Jimmy
Wayne's "I'll Be That" (No. 56), Rodney Atkins' "15 Minutes" (No.
57), Megan Mullins' "Long Past Gone" (No. 59) and Trailer Choir's "Rockin' the Beer Gut" (No. 60).
Making a return
at No. 54 is Kate & Kacey's "Dreaming Love."
The remaining four of the Top 5 albums are, in descending order, Rascal Flatts' Unstoppable, Taylor
Swift's Fearless, the Zac Brown Band's The Foundation
and Aldean's Wide Open.
Songs No. 2 through No. 5 are Brad Paisley's
"Then," Keith Urban's "Kiss a Girl," Kenny
Chesney's "Out Last Night" and Montgomery Gentry's "One in Every
Crowd."
