Justin Moore's "Small Town USA" Tops Country Songs Chart, Taylor Swift CD Returns to No. 1

Ricky Skaggs and Jimmy Wayne Have Highest-Debuting Album and Song

Justin Moore's "Small Town USA" dislodges Jason Aldean's "Big Green Tractor" to become the nation's No. 1 country song while Taylor Swift's Fearless bobs back to the top of Billboard's country albums chart this week.

Fearless, by the way, has been out for 45 weeks. That's just shy of a year. Guess the Kanye West dust-up didn't hurt that much after all.

Ricky Skaggs claims the highest-debuting new album title with Solo: Songs My Dad Loved. It checks in at No. 39. Jimmy Wayne's cover collaboration with Darryl Hall and John Oates of that duo's 1976 hit, "Sara Smile," is the week's top new song, arriving at No. 51.

Three other albums make their initial bow on the chart -- Aaron Watson's Deep in the Heart of Texas: Aaron Watson Live (No. 47), Chris Knight's Trailer II (No. 64) and the multi-artist anthology, Superstars of Country (No. 73).

Also climbing aboard the songs list for the first time are Aldean's "The Truth" (No. 53) and Bomshel's "19 and Crazy" (No. 55). Returning to action are Steel Magnolia's "Keep on Lovin' You" (back on at No. 49) and Michelle Branch's "Sooner or Later" (No. 54).

Completing the Top 5 album set, in descending order, are the Zac Brown Band's The Foundation, Brooks & Dunn's #1s ... And Then Some, the soundtrack to Hannah Montana: The Movie and Aldean's Wide Open.

Songs No. 2 through No. 5 are Toby Keith's "American Ride," Aldean's "Big Green Tractor," George Strait's "Living for the Night" and Keith Urban's "Only You Can Love Me This Way."
