Lady Antebellum
Actress, singer and songwriter Laura Bell Bundy must be dancing with delight, as well, since her Achin' and Shakin' is this week's highest-debuting new country album, sashaying in at No. 5.
Indeed, Bundy's is the only album premiering. But there are four re-entries: Trace Adkins' X: 10 (returning at No. 69), George Jones' The Great Lost Hits (No. 73), Steel Magnolia's self-titled EP (No. 74) and Ron White's Behavioral Problems (No. 75).
Carrie Underwood's "Undo It" arrives at No. 43 as the week's highest-charting new song.
Also first-timing are Kevin Fowler's intriguingly titled "Pound Sign (#?*!)" (landing at No. 52), the Zac Brown Band's "Free" (No. 54), Chris Janson's "'Til a Woman Comes Along" (No. 56), Alan Jackson's "Hard Hat and a Hammer" (No. 57), Easton Corbin's "Roll With It" (No. 58) and Dierks Bentley's "Up on the Ridge" (No. 59).
The No. 2 through No. 4 albums, in that order, are the Zac Brown Band's The Foundation, Jackson's Freight Train and Taylor Swift's Fearless.
Trooping in behind "American Honey" in the Top 5 songs list are the Zac Brown Band's "Highway 20 Ride," Joe Nichols' "Gimmie That Girl," Kenny Chesney's "Ain't Back Yet" and Chris Young's "The Man I Want to Be."
Coming on strong is Brad Paisley's "Water," which gushes from No. 24 to No. 19.
Did the recent Academy of Country Music Awards show sell any albums or break any singles? Stay tuned.
