Luke Bryan has announced plans for his fourth annual Farm tour, an eight-city trek that includes five shows in his home state of Georgia.

Aimed at giving back to smaller communities by celebrating the contribution of American farmers, the concerts take place during a break in his ongoing tour with Jason Aldean, which includes stops Friday (Aug. 17) in Burgettstown, Pa., and Saturday (Aug. 18) in Chicago.

Here's a list of dates and cities for Bryan's Farm tour:

Oct. 3: Claxton, Ga.
Oct. 4: Clemson, S.C.
Oct. 5: Auburn, Ala.
Oct. 6: Valdosta, Ga.
Oct. 10: Villa Rica, Ga.
Oct. 11: Colbert, Ga.
Oct. 12: Tallahassee, Fla.
Oct. 13: Macon, Ga.
