The Civil Wars and Aaron Lewis are among the artists with new albums released Tuesday (Nov. 13).

The Civil Wars' performance from VH1 Unplugged has been released on audio and video. The seven-song EP includes material from the duo's breakthrough album Barton Hollow as well covers of Michael Jackson's "Billie Jean" and Portishead's "Sour Times."

Lewis' The Road chronicles the lifestyle of a traveling music. Lewis is the lead singer of Staind, best known for the modern rock hit, "It's Been Awhile." The new, country-influenced project was produced by James Stroud. It features the singles "Endless Summer" and "Forever."

Other songwriters with new albums include Nels Andrews' sailing-themed Scrimshaw, country legend Bobby Bare's folk-inspired Darker Than Light, Red Dirt favorites Cody Canada & the Departed's Adventus, Ben Kyle's self-titled release, Carrie Newcomer's Kindred Spirits: A Collection, Old Man Luedecke's Tender Is the Night and Tom Skinner's self-titled release.

Bluegrass performers such as Dale Ann Bradley, Steve Gulley and Marty Raybon are featured on the CD/DVD release, Christmas the Mountain Way.

Meanwhile, newly released vintage collections include Patsy Cline on Air: Her Greatest TV Performances (on CD) and Elvis Presley's Prince From Another Planet: 40th Anniversary Edition (on CD and DVD). The latter collection reprises Presley's 1972 concerts at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
