Willie Nelson is teaming up with more than a dozen talented women for his upcoming album, To All the Girls .... Originally scheduled for Sept. 24, the all-star project is now slated to arrive Oct. 15 on Legacy Recordings.
Nelson joins Dolly Parton on the lead track, "From Here to the Moon and Back," a Parton original that was featured in her 2012 film, Joyful Noise. Fellow country legend Loretta Lynn lends her vocals to "Somewhere Between," a Merle Haggard composition from 1967.
Other singing partners include Alison Krauss on "No Mas Amor," Miranda Lambert on "She Was No Good for Me" and Carrie Underwood on "Always on My Mind."
This is Nelson's second release for the label this year, following Let's Face the Music and Dance in April.
