This just in: Husband loves sleeping with his wife.
It shouldn't be newsy that Florida Georgia Line's Brian Kelley is happily married, but in this day and age of affairs and divorces and fading romances, it kind of is.
Kelley told ABC News having his new bride Brittney Marie Cole on the road with the band is perfect.
"I can't think of one thing that's missing or lacking in our life. Having that person that makes you better, completes you, you want to see before you go to bed and right when you wake up, there's something to be said about that," Kelley said.
And when they do go to get in bus-bed for the night, Mr. and Mrs. Kelley aren't retiring with the entire band and crew. They have their own space now. (Maybe it was a wedding gift or something. Can you register for a Prevost?)
"It's a little different," he said. "We've got our own bus, and Tyler (Hubbard) is on the other bus. He's got a couple of guys on there. Just get a little better rest maybe."
Kelley said his wife loves being on the tour and that being married could potentially make Florida Georgia Line's music even better.
It sounds like now that Kelley and his wife have each other -- and their exotic collection of pets -- that is all the family they need right now. "Real kids" are not in the picture, he said. At least not yet.
"We have two sugar gliders, basically in essence little flying squirrels, and we just got a puppy. She's, like, 9 weeks old," he said. "So, no real kids. Just a couple of sugar gliders and a dog for now."
