Hazel's Hot Dish Recipe of the Week
Corn Casserole

Some call this corn pudding, but I prefer corn casserole. It's easy to make
and delicious.

1 cup evaporated milk

1 can cream-style corn

1 can whole kernel corn

4 tablespoons self-rising flour

1 cup sugar

4 eggs

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 stick butter

Preheat oven to 350°. Melt butter in 9 x 13 baking dish while mixing ingredients. Sift sugar, flour and baking powder in a large mixing bowl. Add eggs one at a time, beating after adding each egg. Beat in milk. Drain whole kernel corn and add both cans of corn and vanilla. Pour into dish with melted butter and bake one hour.
