Fruit Salad

(A Fort Campbell soldier moonlighting as a waiter at Rafferty's restaurant in Clarksville, Tenn., gave me this simple recipe for the dressing for fruit -- the best there is, I think. He was about to ship out. I pray he made it.)

1 cup cubed cantaloupe

1 cup cubed honeydew melon

2 sliced bananas (sprinkle with lemon juice)

1 cup strawberries

1 cup fresh cubed pineapple

Mix.

Dressing:

1 cup marshmallow cream

4 teaspoons orange marmalade

Double, triple or halve, if you'd like. Serve over fruit or on the side. Yummy.
