1 1/2 pounds stew beef
1 10-ounce can mushroom soup
1 10-ounce can golden mushroom soup
8 ounces sour cream
Preheat oven to 300°.
Combine beef and soups in a baking dish with a lid. Cover and cook at 300° for two hours or until fork tender. Add sour cream and heat. Serve over rice or noodles.
