Lemon Bread (Melt in Your Mouth)

Listen, you are not to tell anyone how to make this! The Lord won't want you to lie, but He will understand if you act like you spent the day in the kitchen.

1 box lemon cake mix

1 small package instant lemon pudding

4 eggs, slightly beaten

1 cup boiling water

1/2 cup oil

Preheat oven to 350°.

Blend and mix ingredients about 4 minutes. Pour into two oiled and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

Glaze:

1 cup powdered sugar

6 tablespoons lemon juice

1 tablespoon butter, softened at room temperature

Punch holes in cake and drizzle over lemon bread. Shhhh ...
