Easy Roast Beef With Gravy

4-5 pound rump roast

2 cans mushroom soup, plus 2 cans water

1 package instant onion soup


Preheat oven to 300°.

Place roast in a large baking dish. Pour mushroom soup and water over roast. Add instant onion soup over mushroom soup. Cover tightly with foil. (I put a lid over the foil.) Cook for 5 hours. Remove from oven and tear apart with two forks. Serve on warm buttered rolls.

Easy and good. Do not add any other seasoning.
