1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup finely diced celery
1/2 cup pecans
1/2 cup raisins
3/4 cup miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup Miracle Whip
2 tablespoons corn oil
small container of whipped topping
Dice apple with peel. Add lemon juice to prevent darkening. Add celery, chopped pecans, raisins, miniature marshmallows, oil and Miracle Whip. Mix well and pour into a glass bowl. Smear whipped topping over the top. Delish!
