3 pound chicken washed, skinned and cut-up
1/2 cup Kraft lite Ranch dressing
1 pkg Kraft oven fried extra-crispy chicken mix
Place chicken parts in a quart size closable plastic bag. Measure 1/2 cup lite Ranch dressing and pour over chicken in the bag, seal bag and mix well. Refrigerate overnight.
Pour Kraft oven-fried extra-crispy chicken mix into a plate. Remove chicken pieces from the bag. Dredge in mixture. Place pieces in an oven proof dish and bake in a 350° preheated oven for 40-45 minutes. Serve.
