4 medium zucchini
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup cornmeal
1 teaspoon salt
Wash and slice four medium zucchini. Place in a bowl and add canned milk.
Sprinkle with salt.
Mix 1/2 cup flour with 1/2 cup cornmeal and 1 teaspoon salt on wax paper.
Dredge sliced zucchini in flour/meal mixture.
Place in fry pan with hot oil. Sprinkle with black pepper. Cook until brown around the edges. Turn and cook other side. Be careful not to burn. Delicious.
