Coconut Pie

Makes 2 pies

5 eggs

3 cups sugar

4 tablespoons flour

1 1/2 cups evaporated milk

2 teaspoons vanilla

3/4 stick butter melted

1 can coconut

Preheat oven to 350°.

Beat eggs. Mix sugar and flour; add to eggs. Add melted butter and milk. Add vanilla and coconut. Mix well. Pour into two unbaked pie shells. Bake at 350° until set (no longer shakes).

Now my mouth waters -- gotta make some pie.
