Green Bean Casserole

1 can French-style green beans, drained

1 can whole kernel corn, drained

1 can cream of celery soup

½ cup sour cream

¼ cup finely chopped onions

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon pepper

1 stack Ritz crackers

1 stick butter, melted

Mix green beans, corn, celery soup, sour cream, cheese, salt and pepper. Stir until well blended.

Preheat oven to 350°.

Spray casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray. Place mixture in casserole dish. Crumble crackers and place on top of ingredients. Melt butter and pour over crackers. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
