
Cake:
1 package yellow cake mix
2 beaten eggs
1 stick butter, melted
2/3 cups semi-sweet chocolate morsels
Filling:
1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
1 cup peanut butter
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 stick butter, melted
1 box confectioners' sugar
2/3 cups milk chocolate morsels
Preheat oven to 350°.
Combine cake mix, eggs and melted butter. Beat with electric mixer until mixed. Add semi-sweet morsels. Stir. Press the mixture into the bottom of a buttered 9 x 13 baking pan. Set aside.
To make the filling:
In a large bowl, whip the cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Add eggs, melted butter and vanilla. Beat. Add confectioners' sugar and beat well. Stir in chocolate morsels. Spread the peanut butter mixture over the cake batter. Bake 45-50 minutes at 350°. Do not over bake. Center should be gooey and gooooooood.
