Double Coated Chicken Supreme

4 cups Rice Krispies

1 teaspoon paprika

1 egg

3/4 cup milk

1 1/2 teaspoons salt

3/4 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon poultry seasoning

3 lbs. frying chicken breast

3 tablespoons melted butter

Preheat oven to 350°.

Measure Rice Krispies and crush into 2 cups. Place in a shallow dish. Stir in paprika. In a shallow dish, beat eggs and milk until foamy. Add flour, salt, pepper and poultry seasoning. Mix until smooth. Dip chicken in batter. Coat with crushed cereal. Place in a single layer in a foil-lined, well-greased 9 x 13 pan. Drizzle with butter. Bake in a 350° oven for an hour or until tender.
