
Hot Dish
½ cup minced onion
¼ cup butter
1 pound ground beef
2 tablespoons flour
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons salt
Sauté onions in butter. Stir in all ingredients except soup and sour cream. Sauté until hamburger is brown. Add soup and simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Serve over rice or pasta.
